I love painting abstracts. Abstract paintings are the hardest but also very rewarding when one’s exploration of shape, form, color and line results in paintings where all of these elements are harmonious. In my abstract work I am inspired by such great painters as Henri Matisse, Richard Diebenkorn, Joan Mitchell, Willem de Kooning, and Albert Oehlen.
